Villa in Dedinje

The villa in Kačanička Street in Dedinje, built in the 1930s, underwent a thorough reconstruction and upgrade, preserving its authentic appearance. As-Stan performed all rough construction work on this representative building of over 800 m². The works included demolition, rehabilitation of the structure, additions and upgrades, as well as the construction of a new underground floor with a garage.

A special challenge was the stabilization of the existing structure and its adaptation to modern architectural requirements. We strengthened the load-bearing elements, carried out concrete and masonry works, and prepared the building for the final stages of decoration. The villa now has a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, with a modernized layout and expanded capacities.

Our works provided a solid and long-lasting foundation for a luxurious and functional interior, preserving the spirit of past times with all the advantages of modern construction.
