The reconstruction of the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade, located at Kneza Miloša 56, was one of our most challenging yet rewarding projects. “Palazzo Italia,” once neglected and in poor condition, has now been fully restored, carefully preserving its historical elements while incorporating modern construction solutions.

Our company was responsible for all works, from structural interventions and restoration efforts to the finest finishing touches, transforming the building into a prestigious center for culture and the arts.

A standout feature is the “Palacina”, a modern glass building in the courtyard of the Institute, designed for Italian language courses. Its contemporary design perfectly complements the historical charm of the complex, while at night, the illuminated structure creates a striking visual effect.

This project exemplifies our commitment to quality, precision, and respect for cultural heritage. Thanks to our work, the Italian Cultural Institute now radiates renewed energy, blending tradition and modernity in perfect harmony.
