Residences of Ambassadors in the Diplomatic Colony

As-Stan had the honor of realizing the complete reconstruction of several exclusive residences in the diplomatic colony in Sava Grujića Street. The project included villas used by the ambassadors of Portugal, Peru and Congo, each of which, with an area of 400 to 500 m², underwent a thorough renovation.

The works were carried out in full – from construction and craftsmanship to installation, with a special focus on preserving the authentic character of these buildings. Considering the specificity of the location and the high safety standards, photography during the works and after completion was generally not allowed. However, for one of these residences, which at that moment was in a transition phase before a new tenant took over the building, we had the opportunity to capture some of the atmosphere and the quality of the work performed.

We have left behind luxuriously adapted spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics and discreet elegance, with the high standard of work that is expected from such facilities.
