House in Kosančićev Venac

The house on Kosančićevo venac, at the corner of Kralja Petra I and Kosančićevo venac streets, is one of the rare examples of architecture from the 19th century. century which still exudes the spirit of old Belgrade. Built in the seventies of that century, this house has survived many eras, and now, after a detailed reconstruction and upgrade, it shines in its full glory. Our company had the honor of participating in this important project, performing all the works – from the construction to the final details.

The lower part of the building, in accordance with archival documentation, has been preserved in its authentic form, while the upper part has been modernized and adapted to modern standards. The facade on the extension was made in combination with ceramic facade baguettes, which give the building a unique visual identity and enable a harmonious combination of old and new. The interior spaces, designed by architect Dejan Todorović, exude elegance, functionality and top quality finishing works.

We are proud to have been a part of this extraordinary undertaking, especially considering that it is a building in one of the most beautiful locations in Belgrade – Kosančićevo venc, a place of rich history and timeless beauty. This project shows how you can preserve the spirit of the past while creating a modern, luxurious and functional living space.
