Hotel “Moscow”

Hotel Moskva, located in the heart of Belgrade on Terazije, is one of the most important architectural jewels of the Serbian capital. Built in the Russian Art Nouveau style, this hotel has been under state protection since 1968. as a cultural monument, and since 1979 as a cultural asset of great importance.

Our company is proud to have had the opportunity to complete the reconstruction of Hotel Moskva, one of the most prestigious projects in our history. The project was implemented in two phases, whereby the reconstruction was carried out “in half” of the hotel, allowing one half of the hotel to remain open for guests during the works. This approach required precise planning and coordination to ensure smooth operation of the hotel while achieving top results.

The reconstruction covered all aspects of the building, including exterior and interior work. The facade of the hotel, recognizable for its refined ornamentation and unique style, has been carefully restored in order to preserve its authenticity and historical value. The interior of the hotel has been renovated with a special emphasis on the preservation of original elements, but also improved with modern facilities that meet the needs of modern guests.

This project was a special challenge and honor for us, because we had the opportunity to contribute to the preservation and improvement of one of the symbols of Belgrade. The successful implementation of the reconstruction of Hotel Moskva further strengthened our reputation as a leader in the field of construction and restoration of historical buildings.
