Chemicals Agency

Our company carried out complete works on the rehabilitation, reconstruction and extension of the building of the Agency for Chemicals in Zvezdara. The building was upgraded to P+2 floors, with the expansion of the basement spaces, which optimized its functionality and now the building covers 2500 m2.

The internal organization of the space is adapted to the administrative needs of the Agency – the ground floor is intended for sectoral work, the first floor is for administration, while the attic houses a multifunctional training room. In the basement are technical rooms, archive and server room.

Special attention was paid to the construction, whereby the foundations of the building were strengthened and adapted to the new loads. The facade was designed to visually connect the new and existing part of the building, while the use of metal cladding gave the whole a modern character.

As-Stan realized all the works according to the turnkey system, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
