Archives of the Agency for Commercial Registers – Old FON Building

On the building of the former FON building, now the Archives of the Agency for Business Registers, our company carried out a complete reconstruction and adaptation, including interior and exterior works, on a total gross area of 3,618.71 m². The building was in extremely poor condition, which required comprehensive rehabilitation and adaptation to the specific requirements of archival activities.

The works include the complete renovation of the facade and roof, along with the replacement of all installations and interior surfaces. The entire space was reconstructed and adapted, including archive depots, office and common rooms, with the optimization of the directions of movement of employees and users. A modern archival infrastructure is organized with all the necessary technical, microclimatic and security conditions for the storage and protection of documentation.

During the reconstruction, high-quality, non-combustible materials were used, and the floors were adapted to withstand the heavy weight of archival documents. Specialized systems for storing and digitizing materials have been implemented, while all areas for working and storing documents are adapted to the most modern standards.
