APR Administration Building

The reconstruction and adaptation of the office building of the Agency for Commercial Registers in Brankova Street was one of the key modernization projects of this important institution. As-Stan was in charge of all construction-craft work on the reconstruction of the ground floor, where a completely new and technologically advanced counter hall of that time was built, which significantly improved the user experience and work efficiency.

In addition, all the construction and craft work on the complete reconstruction was carried out from 1. to 5. floor, as well as the basement, which makes the facility adapted to modern business standards. This project was not just a renovation of the building – it is a symbol of the transformation and modernization of APR, adapted to the needs of the digital age.

As-Stan successfully realized all the works in accordance with the highest standards, ensuring the quality, precision and longevity of the solution, which created a functional and representative office space for one of the most important institutions in the country.
