Trade School

In 1994, the As-Stan company realized its first significant project – the reconstruction of the Trade School in Belgrade, located in the famous endowment of Nikola and Evgenija Kiki in Hilandarska Street. This imposing building was completed in 1940. and since then represents one of the recognizable educational facilities in the center of Belgrade. Its historical and architectural value required a careful approach during the renovation, respecting the original appearance and materials.

The works included the complete replacement of the facade carpentry, the restoration of the atrium facade and the reconstruction of a large number of classrooms, including the ceremonial hall, corridors and halls of the school. In addition, renovation and reconstruction of all sanitary units in the building was carried out, which gave the school a new face, and its premises were improved for future generations.

This project was a clear indication that As-Stan has been setting high standards in the construction industry from the very beginning. Then we showed seriousness and commitment, and three decades later, we are still building with the same vision – precision, quality and longevity.
