Elementary School “Ljuba Nenadović”

Elementary school “Ljuba Nenadović” in Žarkovo is one of the oldest schools in Belgrade, with a tradition of more than a century. In 1997. our company As-Stan performed extensive construction works on the reconstruction of this building, contributing to its long-term functionality and modernization.

The reconstruction included the complete renovation of the facade, which gave the building a new, refreshed look, along with improved insulation characteristics. The interior works included a complete renovation of the interior, from the floors and walls to the ceiling and carpentry, which created better conditions for working and staying at the school. In addition, the exterior decoration of the yard and access areas, as well as complete roofing works, were carried out, which ensured the long-term protection of the building from the effects of the weather.

This reconstruction was a significant construction undertaking within the renovation of school buildings in Belgrade, and our team contributed to the long-term sustainability and functionality of the school with its experience and professional approach.
