Residential and commercial building in Svetozar Radića

Year:
2014-2015
Location:
Belgrade, Svetozara Radica 4
In one of the central areas of Belgrade, in Svetozara Radića Street, a modern residential and business building has been constructed that fits perfectly into the urban environment of the municipality of Savski venac. Located on the last undeveloped plot in this block, the building has been carefully designed to use the space in an optimal way, combining modern architectural principles and functionality.
The building has six floors (basement, ground floor, three floors and two separate floors) with a total gross area of 1539.54 m². It includes 14 residential units, 4 business-residential studios and one bar on the ground floor, while in the basement there is a garage with 16 parking spaces, equipped with the most modern parking lifts.
The architectural expression of the building is designed to contribute to the visual width of the street and provide spacious terraces on the floors, while the courtyard facade is adapted to open up the view of the Sava River. The facade combines natural stone and modern materials, which contributes to a modern but harmonious appearance in relation to the surrounding buildings.
The company As-Stan performed complete construction works according to the “turnkey” system, ensuring high quality of construction, long-lasting materials and superior finishing. This project represents another proof of our commitment in the realization of modern and functional buildings in the heart of Belgrade.
