Exemplary Apartment of the Beograd Na Vodi Project

As-Stan realized the construction of the first exemplary apartment (mock-up) within the Belgrade complex on Voda. The project was carried out in Geozavod, Karađorđeva 48, and included two residential units with an accompanying corridor and lobby.

The works were carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and included all phases of interior decoration. From construction and insulation work, through the assembly of metal and wooden elements, to precise finishing touches, each segment was carefully executed so that the apartment faithfully reflects the future residential units of this prestigious complex. A special focus was placed on the selection of high-quality materials and finishes, which ensured a faithful representation of the interior design.

The project also included the creation of an info desk and a presentation area with samples of materials intended for future tenants, allowing them a detailed insight into the available finishing options.

All works were carried out in accordance with technical requirements and the highest construction standards, guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of the presentation of the luxurious interior of Belgrade on the Water.
