Villa in Senjak

In one of the most prestigious locations in Belgrade, in Senjak, we built a luxury villa according to the turnkey system. The project included complete construction works – from the demolition of the existing building, excavation and rough work, all the way to the final details that defined the top quality of this building.

The villa covers a total of 550 m² gross area, with a basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor (G+F+1+G). In addition to the spacious living space, two garage spaces are also provided. The exterior decoration included the construction of a luxurious swimming pool, a summerhouse, landscaped driveways and green areas, which further emphasized the exclusivity of this facility.

The architecture of the villa follows modern aesthetic and functional standards, with modern lines and carefully selected materials. Our dedication to top-quality work is visible in every detail – from construction to final finishing touches.
