Residential and commercial building in Šumatovacka

A modern residential and commercial building with a total gross area of 3060 m² has been designed on the plot at Šumatovačka 130 in Belgrade Vračar. The building extends through the basement, basement, ground floor and three floors, with apartments of different sizes, from two-room to four-room, and business premises in the basement, and 25 parking spaces are provided, which are accessed by a descending ramp.
