Residential and commercial building in Vojvođanska

In the busy Vojvođanska Street in New Belgrade, a modern residential and commercial building was built, designed to meet the high standards of modern housing and business. The three-storey building consists of a total of 2,746.43 m² of gross area, with 20 residential units, 4 studios, one bar and 29 parking spaces.

A special challenge on this project was the high level of underground water, which required the application of special construction solutions. In order to enable the safe construction of the underground floors, two drainage wells were built to stabilize the water level during the works.
As-Stan was responsible for the complete realization of the project, from excavation to final works, ensuring high quality and durability of the construction.
